If you cancel a scheduled consultation at least 48 hours before the appointed time, you are eligible for a full refund of the amount paid. To request a refund, contact us via the contact form. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 business days. You may reschedule a consultation once with at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment or no-shows are not eligible for reimbursement due to operational constraints.

Digital materials, guides, and comparison reports are delivered electronically. Once you download or access these items, all sales are final and not eligible for a refund. 6.3 Goods Policy

Printed materials or promotional items are shipped via courier. If an item arrives defective or incorrect, notify us within 7 days of receipt. We will replace the item at no additional charge or issue a refund of the paid amount for that item only. Shipping fees are non-refundable except when the error is on our part.
